Jean and I were able to see Ma in recovery about an hour ago. We could only stay a couple minutes. She was pretty out of it but she knew we were there. She told us she was very sore and the nurse was keeping her comfortable.
She's going to be very upset about her hair because it looks terrible, but she'll get over it. :-)
Jean and I are drinking coffee and eating chocolate so we'll be buzzing around BWH for another few hours.

Not her hair, your right she would not be happy. So glad all went well. She will up and going before we know it. She is so strong. Give her our love and kisses.
